Designing Museum Experiences—Now the Number #1 New Release in the Museum Industry on Amazon!
NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Mark Walhimer and Rowman & Littlefield publishers are pleased to announce that Designing Museum Experiences, a how-to book for creating visitor-centered museums, is now the number one new release in the museum industry on Amazon!
About Designing Museum Experiences
Designing Museum Experiences is a how-to book for creating visitor-centered museums that emotionally and intellectually connect with museum visitors, stakeholders, and donors.
Museums are changing from static, monolithic, and encyclopedic institutions to visitor-centric institutions. The shared authority allows museums and visitors to become co-creators of content.
Designing Museum Experiences leads readers through the methods and tools of the three stages of a museum visit (pre-visit, in-person visit, and post-visit). The objective is to motivate visitors to return to the museum in the future. This museum visitation loop creates meaningful intellectual, emotional, and experiential value for the visitor.
