Local Home Inspector will be teaching a class on Six Places Your Inspector May Go covering several new services being offered at home inspections today.
ALBANY, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Local Home Inspector offers free continuing education for real estate agents. February 26th Don Clendaniel from Carey Home Inspection will be leading a class on Six Places Your Home Inspector May Go which covers some of the latest ancillary services home buyers are adding to their home inspection. Some of these include sewer scopes, air quality testing, chimney scans, thermal imaging, and more. Understanding these services is critical for real estate agents to share proper information with their buyer and seller clients. Many of these services require proper training to perform correctly. While agents may not need to be proficient with performing inspections, understanding their importance and what may be reported is important for home valuation and negotiation. This class is being held on February 26, 9 AM to Noon at 451 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY and is free to members of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors. Seating is limited and registration is required. Don has been teaching classes at local real estate associations for the past two years and holds multiple inspection licenses in four states.
