LINCOLN, Neb., June 12, 2025 ~ Ameritas, a leading financial services company, has announced the appointment of two new vice presidents to its executive team. These officer elections, effective June 1, 2025, were announced by Ameritas Chief Executive Officer Bob Jurgensmeier.
Karen Noble-Patrick has been named the new vice president of service for ABRS service and operation. With over 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry, Noble-Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. She began her career as a plan administrator for USFilter and has since held various leadership positions at OneAmerica and Voya.
Noble-Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University and is also certified in Greenbelt and FSRI. Her extensive experience and qualifications make her a valuable addition to the Ameritas team.

Joining Noble-Patrick as the new vice president of sales supervision is Roger Ruz. Ruz comes to Ameritas from Huntington National Bank where he served as senior vice president and director of brokerage supervision. He holds a degree in finance from Franklin University and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University.
Ruz also holds several FINRA licenses including Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 65, and 4. His impressive background in finance and wealth management make him well-suited for his new role at Ameritas.
The addition of these two highly qualified individuals to Ameritas' executive team further solidifies the company's commitment to providing top-notch financial services to its clients.
