BRONX, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Beulah HDFC will celebrate its 33rd anniversary on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, with the Beulah HDFC 33rd Year Celebration: New Beginnings, a milestone event recognizing more than three decades of affordable housing preservation and community service in the Bronx.

Founded in 1992, Beulah HDFC was created to rehabilitate abandoned buildings and provide safe, stable, and affordable homes for Bronx families.
