NEW YORK, May 20, 2025 ~ Danielle Brown, the creator of HealthyGirl Kitchen and a prominent advocate for plant-based, wholesome cooking, has achieved a remarkable feat as her second cookbook, Life-Changing Salads, has become a New York Times bestseller. Published by DK/Penguin Random House, the book has resonated with readers across the nation and solidified Brown's position as a culinary force.

To celebrate the success of her book, Brown hosted a lively launch party and book signing at Butterfield Market in New York City. Over 300 fans gathered to meet the author, get their books signed, and sample one of the standout salad recipes featured in the book. The event featured Brown's California Roll in a Bowl, a fresh and flavorful twist on the classic sushi roll that is now available at Butterfield Market. The gathering was a testament to Brown's mission of making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable for all.

Reflecting on the event, Brown expressed her gratitude for seeing so many members of her HealthyGirl community come together. She also emphasized how food can bring people together and how her brand promotes nourishing our bodies without sacrificing flavor or connection.
