NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Educators across the country are invited to participate in the FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase, a premier national student showcase taking place on May 26, 2026, at Cornell Tech.
The Innovation Showcase represents the culmination of participation in the FoodNiche-ED experience engaging students in technology-enabled learning opportunities that creates opportunities for teachers to expand their impact without increasing their workload.
The FoodNiche-ED creates opportunities for educators to contextualize science education using real-life solutions. Leveraging technology to make science education more engaging, and impactful as educators empower the next generation to be healthier, and innovative changemakers.
At the Showcase, students will present original projects either on stage or as research posters—across key focus areas including:
