NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2025 ~ New York-based private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners has recently announced the promotions of two of its team members, Reece Zakarin and Miles Williams. Effective immediately, Zakarin will take on the role of Vice President while Williams will be assuming the position of Senior Associate.

Zakarin joined GenNx360 in February 2019 and has since then showcased exceptional skills in sourcing, diligence, and analysis. He has also displayed strong leadership qualities throughout the investment process. His contributions have been crucial in several key investments made by the firm, including Precision Aviation Group, Pacteon Group, Salford Group, B2B Industrial Packaging, and Miller Environmental Group. In his new role as Vice President, Zakarin will have increased responsibilities in deal origination, execution, and portfolio management. This move is expected to further enhance the firm's investment strategies and success.

Williams joined GenNx360 in July 2021 and has consistently demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic. He has made significant contributions to due diligence efforts, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight. Williams has played a vital role in investments such as ITsavvy and GenServe. As Senior Associate, he will now take on greater responsibilities in transaction sourcing and execution as well as portfolio management. This aligns with the firm's mission to invest in and grow middle-market industrial and business services companies.

Monty Yort, Managing Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners expressed his excitement about these promotions stating that they are well-deserved for both Zakarin and Williams.
