Since the coup, the Burmese military has killed more than 1,300 protestors. On December 9, we will bring our message to them in New York City.

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Nyenta -- No Business with Genocide, a coalition dedicated to ending genocide and other mass atrocities, will gather in New York City at the U.S. Mission to the U.N. on December 9, which is also World Genocide Day. The group will then walk to Harry Winston's flagship store and New York headquarters to deliver petitions from people all over the planet asking them to stop selling #GenocideGems, which fund the Myanmar military. Sister protests will be held in New Dehli, India and San Francisco.

Where: US Mission to the UN, 799 United Nations Plaza

What: March to Harry Winston at 718 5th Avenue

When: December 9, 2021 at 10:00 am

The No Business With Genocide campaign is built around the simple proposition that corporations should refrain or withdraw from doing business with regimes that engage in genocide and/or crimes against humanity. This campaign is part of the movement to end genocide and crimes against humanity by building a grassroots global constituency willing and able to put effective and timely political and economic pressure on governments that engage in or consider committing genocide and/or mass atrocities.
