Proud Rescuers of PR and Yorkie911 Rescue Present "Hounds & Hitters" – A Star-Studded Fundraiser for Animal Rescue

HUNTINGTON, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Animal lovers and entertainment enthusiasts are invited to a special fundraising event, "Hounds & Hitters," on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Cinema Arts Centre, 423 Park Ave, Huntington, NY. This event is a collaborative effort between Proud Rescuers of PR and Yorkie911 Rescue, Inc., aiming to support their mission of rescuing and rehoming small breed dogs.​

Attendees will enjoy the exclusive premiere of the first episode of the anticipated baseball drama series Heavy Hitters, co-produced by Gemelli Films and 112 Pictures. The series features a star-studded cast, including Ted King, Adam Huss, Jason Frederick, and former MLB player Nelson Figueroa. Guests will have the opportunity to meet some of the cast members from the first episode, including Andrew Larkin, Aidan Thomas Dyson, Mark Keegan, Darius Autry and former NY Mets pitcher Nelson Figueroa. Also attending will be Associate Producer Ray Negron, Executive Producer Pamela Steenland, and series Creator Candice Cain.​
