Announcing the New Chair of the Board of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA)

MELVILLE, N.Y. - Nyenta -- The NYBB Group is pleased to announce that Managing Partner, Kyle Griffith, CBI, CM&AP, is the International Business Brokers Association's (IBBA) Chairman for 2023.  As such, Griffith is also appointed to the M&A Source Board of Governors and the International Association of Business Intermediaries, Inc. (IABI) Board of Directors.

As IBBA Chairman, Griffith will serve as the Chief Governance Officer and representative of the association. He will be responsible for overseeing the initiatives of the organization and working with the board of governors and other leaders to achieve the goals of the IBBA.

With experience as a two-term IBBA board member and Business Intermediary/M&A advisor at The NYBB Group, Griffith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Chair of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

"I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve the IBBA, its members, and the business brokerage and M&A industry," said Griffith. "I look forward to leading our organization through an exciting year in 2023."

The IBBA nominating committee presents the Chair recommendation for board approval each year and Chairs serve a one-year term. "We believe Kyle possesses all the skills and qualities to successfully lead our association and serve as an ambassador for our profession," said Barry Berkowitz, IBBA Nominating Committee Chairperson.
