NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Libbie Health, a startup dedicated to helping women of color navigate the unique mental wellness challenges they face, is hosting a special event titled Breathe, Tap, Thrive: Using Breathwork and EFT to Navigate the Emotional Journey of Motherhood on Friday, July 26th at 12-1pm EST.

This event, taking place during BIPOC Mental Health Month and Black Maternal Mental Health Week, will explore the profound benefits of self-care for mothers through tapping and breathwork, highlighting the critical impact on mental health.

The event will be led by Colette Ellis, Founder of Libbie Health and EFT-Tapping Practitioner, and Winter Parris, Founder of Inspired Integrative Wellness and Breath Specialist. Colette brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership, specializing in Trauma-Informed Care and EFT-Tapping. As a Doula, Winter passionately supports mothers in birth preparation, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.

Attendees will learn transformative and scientific techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. They also will gain insights from Colette and Winter in a session focused on supporting their mental wellbeing throughout their motherhood journey.
