NEW YORK, May 12, 2025 ~ Milbank LLP, a leading international law firm, has recently announced the addition of Adam Brenneman as a partner in their New York office. With his extensive experience in corporate finance and securities, Brenneman will be joining the firm's highly regarded Corporate Finance and Securities Group.

According to Milbank Chairman Scott A. Edelman, the firm is excited to welcome Brenneman on board. Edelman describes him as a versatile and technically excellent lawyer with deep knowledge of Latin American capital markets and financing. He also highlights Brenneman's experience in advising on US domestic matters, which will further strengthen the firm's Corporate Finance and Securities and Latin America Groups.

Brenneman's practice covers a wide range of products including equity and debt capital markets, bank financings, corporate transactions, and restructurings. He has a particular focus on Latin American transactions across various industries and jurisdictions. In addition to this, he also provides support on US capital markets and financing matters. Brenneman is known for his expertise in SEC-registered and sovereign financings, as well as his role as counsel to several Latin American companies for their corporate governance and ongoing SEC reporting obligations.

Marcelo Mottesi, chair of Milbank's Corporate Finance and Securities Group and co-head of the firm's Latin America Group, praises Brenneman as one of the top corporate finance and securities practitioners in the region. The addition of Brenneman further demonstrates their commitment to the region and will accelerate their growth.
