~ New Rochelle detectives, with the assistance of the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, have concluded an investigation resulting in the arrest of 52-year-old Fernando Rincon on September 20th, 2024. Rincon is facing multiple charges related to sex offenses against several teenage children.
The details of the incidents are being withheld due to the sensitive nature of the offenses and to protect the privacy of the victims. Rincon, a resident of New Rochelle, NY, is facing charges under various sections of the New York State Penal Law. These include criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor; criminal sexual act in the second degree (three counts), a class D felony; use of a child less than 17 years old in a sexual performance (four counts), a class C felony; and criminal sexual act in the third degree, a class E felony.
The New Rochelle Police Department is continuing its investigation into this case and encourages anyone with information to come forward.
