On this date at 2:00 pm, Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital Staff advised that a victim of a robbery had walked into the Emergency Room. The victim, a 48-year-old male, had sustained a slash wound to his face. The victim stated that he was accosted by an unknown male as he was entering his property in the area of Badeau Place. A struggle ensued as the suspect attempted to grab the victim's wallet. The suspect then pushed the victim and slashed him across the right side of his face with an unknown object. The suspect, who fled the area on foot, is described as a male white or Hispanic, medium build wearing light blue jeans, sneakers, a camouflage jacket with a blue hoodie underneath.
