~ New Rochelle, NY- The City of New Rochelle is gearing up to host its annual Black History Month recognition event, honoring the rich history and significant contributions of African Americans. The event, which will take place on Thursday, February 20th at 5:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, will also recognize Kelly Johnson Jr., Executive Director of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, for his outstanding service to the community.
