~ New Rochelle, NY- On Thursday, February 6, 2025, at approximately 6:15 AM, the New Rochelle Police Department received a call about an unresponsive person at the intersection of Charles Street and Washington Avenue. Responding officers arrived at the scene to find an unresponsive Hispanic male in his late teens or early twenties.
Despite their efforts to revive him, the young man was pronounced deceased upon arrival at a local hospital. The Westchester County Medical Examiner's Office has been notified and will conduct a thorough examination to determine the cause and manner of death.
In light of this tragic incident, detectives from the New Rochelle Police Department have launched an active investigation. Initial leads have led investigators to identify several persons of interest, and they are currently pursuing these avenues of inquiry.
