On this date, at approximately 12:55 am., New Rochelle Police stopped a vehicle on South Division Street, subsequent to a possible domestic incident in progress. During the course of the stop, it was ascertained that the operator of the vehicle possessed a suspended New York State drivers license. He was placed under arrest, and an inventory search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm (SCCY Industries 9mm handgun) underneath the driver's seat.

Nelson M. Aracena, aged 27 of the Bronx, New York was charged with Vehicle and Traffic Law 511-Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree.
