New Rochelle: Public comment for annual CAPR report

~ The City of New Rochelle is inviting the public to review and comment on its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPR) for fiscal year 2022. The report outlines the progress made in achieving the objectives set out in the Consolidated Plan and 2022 Action Plan.

The report includes information on goals and outcomes, racial and ethnic composition, resources and investments, affordable housing, homeless and other special needs, public housing, other actions, monitoring, CDBG and HOME. Copies of the full Draft 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report are available for review from March 13-27 at the New Rochelle Public Library or on the City's website.
