The City of New Rochelle is beginning the five-year planning process for its Community Development Block Grant and HOME programs. Together, these two programs provide almost $2 million for New Rochelle to carry out affordable housing, fair housing and community development projects such as street improvements, youth programming, economic development activities and much more for the benefit of low- and moderateincome residents.
