"GIRLS ON THE RUN" isn't just about girls, or running,  it is a social/emotional wellness program for girls in grades 3-5  (grades 6-8 spring 2023) that teaches life skills through dynamic, conversation based lessons and running games.  The goal is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health & fitness. All abilities are welcome. This program in partnership with New Rochelle Department of Parks and Recreaiton will take place at Huguenot Park/Twin Lakes on Tuesdays and Thursdays form 4-5:30 PM.
