~ New Rochelle's Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert will be delivering her second State of the City address on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at New Roc City. The event will take place at 6:00 p.m., with doors opening at that time. The Mayor's speech will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., followed by a "New Ro Eats" tasting of local restaurants in New Rochelle at 7:30 p.m.

During her address, Mayor Ramos-Herbert will provide an update on the city's progress and outline her priorities for the upcoming year.
