~ New Rochelle Detectives have made an arrest in connection to multiple incidents of trespassing and public lewdness. On April 10th, 2024, at approximately 10:48pm, Lidio Garcia, a 25-year-old resident of New Rochelle, was taken into custody at Police Headquarters.
According to reports from the New Rochelle Police Department (NRPD), Garcia had been previously reported for attempting to enter a home on Mayflower Avenue occupied by college students. During one of these incidents, he allegedly exposed his genitalia before leaving the area after being confronted by the residents.

Through their investigation, detectives were able to gather enough evidence to make an arrest. Garcia is now facing charges under New York State Penal Law Sections 245.00 for public lewdness and 140.05 for trespassing. He is currently being held in custody and awaiting further legal proceedings.
