NEW YORK - Nyenta -- NEW YORK — Ramseyer & Associates PC, a New York Based Law Firm recognized early in 2026, that Mr. Parth Singh has a very bright future in International Law, an Attorney (India) and Licensed by Supreme Court of the State of New York as governed by 22 NYCRR Part 521 (Court of Appeals rules) as a Legal Consultant (India) & also Appears on the Roll of Legal Consultant in Appellate Division First Department). Mr. Singh has now become a central part of the firm's cross-border work at the intersection of litigation, public law, and international legal scholarship.

Singh joined the firm in 2025 as a Foreign Attorney Associate under a contractual agreement, in connection with and related to his LL.M. studies at Columbia Law School, and consistent with his F-1 OPT employment authorization, with the engagement structured to align with applicable Bar Council of India professional obligations and relevant SEVP guidance.

His academic work is rooted in Columbia Law School, where he completed an LL.M. During his LL.M., he served as a staff editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and worked on the Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual, and he received a Columbia Law School Merit Award Scholarship.
