NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Greg Dayton, a singer/songwriter/guitarist/music educator and New York Blues Hall of Famer based in Sausalito, California, and New York City is looking to release a new album by the end of 2022 on Indiegogo.
Greg Dayton announced that he is raising funds via a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo to finish the development of his inspiring new album. Greg set out to raise $20,000 on Indiegogo to finish recording and release his latest masterpiece that is going to feature two singles recently released and brand new songs produced by Adrian Harpham to be released on Ropeadope/Modern Icon Recordings featuring his NYC band and distinguished guests. His goal is to record, master, and release a new album by the end of 2022.
Both songs "See My Baby" and "Break the Chains" were selected by All About Jazz as songs of the day. "See My Baby" was also featured in Relix magazine and continues to be used by the San Francisco Zoo for its radio ad campaigns.

The yet unreleased "Crying Out" is a song Greg wrote for his daughter during the lockdown and is dedicated to all those families facing separation, loss, and uncertainty due to the pandemic, and war.
Greg says, "Music heals us on many levels. Join me for this adventure, get fun perks and witness the songs being born."
Those interested in supporting the new album can choose their level of engagement and participation in the success of these recordings through intimate Zoom sessions which will provide a unique opportunity to gain special insight into the process.
