A Celebration of Creativity and Community as Part of LIC Arts Open Festival

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Studio 34 is thrilled to announce its annual Open Studio Event and Art Exhibition, a highlight of the Long Island City art scene and part of the LIC Arts Open Festival, taking place May 17 and May 18, 2025, from 12 PM to 6 PM. This exciting in-person event offers visitors a unique opportunity to glimpse into the creative world of Studio 34's artists and connect with the local art community.

The weekend will also feature the gallery show Intertwined, showcasing the works of 25 talented artists, including Studio 34 resident artists and local guest artists. The exhibition will include a variety of mediums, such as painting, drawing, and photography, celebrating the depth and diversity of the local art community.

  • Open Studio Event:
    • Dates: Saturday, May 17, 2025, and Sunday, May 18, 2025
    • Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Visitors can engage with artists, explore their creative spaces, and purchase original artwork and prints at affordable prices.
  • Gallery Reception for Intertwined:
    • Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025
    • Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
    • An enchanting evening of music, refreshments, and an exclusive preview of the artists' latest masterpieces.
  • Exhibition Duration:
    • Intertwined will run through June 15, 2025.
This free event is open to the public and serves as a remarkable platform to support local talent and foster a deeper connection to the arts.
