Lichter brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Most recently, he served as EVP of DevOps Platforms at WPP, where he led the development and scaling of Uhub, a global SaaS platform for work management and DevOps. During his tenure, he scaled the platform across 700+ agencies and 12,000+ users, delivering measurable cost reductions and operational compliance across a decentralized environment.
