Paul A. Castrucci Architects Joins NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program, Advancing New York City Toward 2050 Carbon Neutrality Goal
NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Paul A. Castrucci Architects (PCA) is proud to announce it has been accepted into the NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program, an initiative of the NYC Mayor's Office of Climate & Environmental Justice. The program connects building owners and managers with the resources, training, and expert guidance to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and comply with local laws like Local Law 97 to foster healthier, safer communities across New York City.
With buildings accounting for nearly two-thirds of New York City's carbon emissions, NYC Accelerator has provided free assistance to over 20,000 buildings – boosting energy performance, improving air quality and resident comfort, and helping owners avoid fines.
For 30 years, PCA has been at the forefront of sustainable, equitable architecture, specializing in Passive House design, modular construction, deep energy retrofits, and low-carbon building strategies. Their participation in the NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program reflects their longstanding commitment to creating healthy, high-performance buildings that deliver lasting value for communities and the environment.
