NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Independent filmmaker, producer, actor, and director PoLo Jose announces that his highly anticipated feature film, Dissection of the Dollar, is now available to stream on Tubi. Set against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City and Jersey City, the film tells the gripping story of a man determined to leave the streets behind and build a better future for his family. Inspired by true-life experiences, the drama explores redemption, resilience, and the power of second chances.

"No one has really talked about what the streets were like during COVID-19. For me, making this film was therapeutic—it gave me the chance to finally tell this story and what that life takes from you," said PoLo Jose. "This story needed to be told because it represents the end of the life I once lived. More than just a film, it's a message of hope for anyone searching for a way out. No matter where you've been or what you've done, it's never too late to change your life. I know my story can inspire others to choose a different path."

PoLo Jose is already looking ahead to his next project, How to Make a Movie: The Making of Dissection of the Dollar, a documentary designed to educate aspiring filmmakers on every stage of independent film production.

"I want to pull back the curtain and show people that you don't have to wait for Hollywood to tell your story," Jose said. "I'll walk through every step—from turning an idea into a script, producing a film, and navigating distribution—so others can see that their vision can become reality. I'm also focused on finding distribution partners, sponsors, and investors who believe in meaningful storytelling. This is only the beginning." Watch on Tube at https://link.tubi.tv/kXnUUbkj53b.
