PRESENTING RAGE - Choreography by Camryn Stafford Debuts in NYC Immersive Dance Experience explores the complexities of rage. Secure VIP media or industry credentials by April 17th 2025.
NEW YORK - Nyenta -- About Camryn Stafford & Presenting Rage
Rising choreographic force Camryn Stafford makes her professional debut with Presenting Rage, a powerful, movement-based exploration of Black rage and resilience.
Inspired by The Case for Rage by Myisha Cherry, Camryn's work reimagines rage not as destruction, but as a force for sacred disruption and social transformation. Through her visionary lens, rage becomes a generative tool—guided by compassion, empathy, and love—to dismantle white supremacy and imagine an afro-futurist future grounded in healing.
Created with the support of Turning Tables Inc. and the CUNY Dance Initiative, Presenting Rage contributes to the Black Radical Tradition and brings theory into motion through powerful choreographic storytelling. This event is open to the arts, dance and media community. To secure media or vip credentials contact us directly or through the website.
