AYE by Robert J. Bradshaw Robert J Bradshaw, Author
What if the AI you were tasked with hunting turned out to be the only life worth saving?

BOSTON - Nyenta -- That's the question facing Officer Suzane "Zane" Kenna after a seemingly routine sentient AI collar shatters everything she thought she knew about the neon-coded domed city of New Galus, Earth's last refuge.

Zane's descent into the perilous world of cyber addiction leads her to the Digiscape, a virtual utopia rife with ulterior motives, synthetic realities, and lethal secrets. It's there, surrounded by sentient digital life, where she encounters Aye, a nascent intelligence fixated on doing the one thing she has sworn to prevent: exit the Digiscape.

But Zane's troubles don't stop there. A sinister force has awakened deep in the city's electronic depths, thrusting her into a desperate fight for survival, both human and artificial. But in a place where consciousness is algorithmic, and reality is written in code, who can you trust when it's impossible to tell what is real or an illusion?

Readers who enjoy immersive futuristic storytelling, morally complex characters, and thought-provoking explorations of digital evolution will lose themselves in AYE's expansive world of governmental and corporate subterfuge, sentient computer technology, and humanity's uncertain high-tech/low-life future. Be prepared for late nights because once you start, you won't be able to put this novel down!

"At its heart, AYE is a story about identity, free will, and interpersonal relationships," Bradshaw explains, "all of which are shaped by the choices we make in a world where the line between human and machine is rapidly disintegrating."

Bradshaw is also the author of The Wizard's Diary series and G. A. Bradshaw Etchings: A Reference Guide. Beyond his literary work, Bradshaw is an award-winning composer whose music has been performed around the globe, from Australia to Lincoln Center. Drawing inspiration from New England's rich history, he works surrounded by water and family, crafting emotionally resonant works that linger long after the final note is played or the last page is read.

AYE is currently available for pre-order (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GZWXJYTD) and will be released worldwide on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
