~ The City of Rochester Public Market is gearing up for its annual Halloween celebration, and this year they are inviting local nonprofit organizations and agencies to join in on the fun. The highly anticipated event, known as Halloween at the Market, will take place on Sunday, October 27 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 280 N. Union St.
Sponsored by Fidelis Care, Halloween at the Market is a free and family-friendly event that draws in over 5,000 families each year. It provides a safe space for children to trick-or-treat in their costumes while also serving as a community-resource fair for participating organizations.
This year, the Public Market is calling on children- and family-focused nonprofit organizations and agencies to take part in the festivities. It offers them a unique opportunity to directly engage with local families and raise awareness about their services. The event also allows these organizations to form personal connections with the families they serve and make a lasting impression.
