Rochester: Public Market Announces Holiday Hours

The City of Rochester Public Market, 280 N. Union St. will have changes in its regular operating hours in observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

The Market's regular hours are 6 a.m.–1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 5 a.m.–3 p.m. on Saturdays, year-round.

The City of Rochester Public Market's holiday schedule is as follows:
  • Open 6 a.m.–1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 23
  • Open 6 a.m.–1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 24 (bonus Market day!)
  • Closed Thursday, Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving Day)
  • Closed Saturday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day)
  • Closed Saturday, Jan. 1 (New Year's Day)

Residents are reminded that SNAP benefit recipients receive a 40% bonus through New York State's Fresh Connect Program when benefits are spent at the City of Rochester Public Market (up to a $20 bonus per benefit recipient, per Market day).
