Rochester: Public Market seeks vendors for Flower City Days horticultural sales

~ The City of Rochester Public Market is gearing up for its highly anticipated spring Flower City Days horticultural sale events, which will take place in May and June at 280 N. Union St. As the event draws near, the Market is still seeking local growers and sellers to participate as vendors.

According to market officials, a limited number of vendor spaces are still available for the upcoming events. These spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible growers and sellers. It should be noted that in order to be eligible, sellers of live plants must possess a nursery license.

The 2025 Flower City Days will take place on Sundays from May 11 to June 1, with additional dates on Memorial Day Weekend (Friday, May 23 and Monday, May 26). All events will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Interested vendors can find more information about the events and the vendor application process on the City of Rochester Public Market's website. They can also contact the Market Office at 585-428-6907 during Tuesday-Friday mornings with any questions.
