Rochester: – ROC the Block Community Employment Fairs Kick Off on June 14

~ Rochester is kicking off its ROC the Block series of employment fairs next week, Wednesday, June 14th from 11am to 2pm at the International Plaza. This community-based hiring initiative brings businesses and recruiters to the city's four quadrants throughout the summer and early fall in a fun, block-party styled event. Employers and residents can meet to discuss employment opportunities. A host of Rochester employers will be in attendance at each event. The other dates and locations are July 12th at Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center, August 9th at Edgerton R-Center, and September 27th at Parcel 5. Organizations interested in participating should email RocTheBlock@CityofRochester.Gov.
