JAMAICA, N.Y., April 24, 2025 ~ The New Terminal One at JFK Airport has recently announced two new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in their search for providers of Guest Experience Services and Passengers Requiring Assistance (PRA) Services. These RFPs are part of the terminal's mission to provide seamless and people-centered experiences for all travelers.

As a key component of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's $19 billion transformation of JFK Airport, the New Terminal One is committed to becoming a world-class gateway. This transformation includes the construction of two new terminals, as well as the modernization and expansion of two existing terminals. Additionally, a new ground transportation center and simplified roadway network will be implemented.

The first RFP is seeking a Guest Experience Services provider who will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service at various touchpoints throughout the journey. This includes recruiting, training, and managing highly experienced personnel to maintain professionalism at all times. The selected provider will also work closely with airlines, federal agencies, ground handlers, and concessionaires to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience. They will also be responsible for achieving guest experience-related KPIs while prioritizing safety standards.

Marisa Von Wieding, Vice President of Operations at The New Terminal One at JFK Airport stated that their focus is on creating extraordinary moments for every traveler. They are looking for innovative partners who share their commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences.

In line with their commitment to creating economic opportunities in the local community, the developer encourages local businesses owned by minorities, women, and service-disabled veterans to participate in these RFPs.

Interested parties can contact for more information on how to participate in the RFPs. The deadline for proposals for both RFPs is June 11, 2025. The New Terminal One at JFK Airport is excited to partner with guest-focused and innovative providers to deliver a seamless and exceptional travel experience for all guests.
