Partner Program launched by veteran customer experience executive promises support for new hires.
BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Customer experience consulting firm The Petrova Experience today announces the launch of a new product built to empower new-to-role customer experience professionals to stand up customer experience programs, build teams, and secure funding for CX projects.
