My journey in coaching spans over 30 years, including a pivotal role in 2008 when I helped the Morris High School Baseball team win the PSAL B City Championship as a pitching coach. I currently coach The Berkeley Carroll Junior Varsity team and offer hourly baseball lessons ($160), where I share my passion and experience with the New York City baseball community. What I've learned is that true mastery requires a relentless focus on the present, and that's what this book aims to teach. Starting August 3, 2025 I will be coaching a 12u team for a baseball organization started in 1944 - The Brooklyn Cadets, now a national organization - Interested players/parents call Cadets director Robert Muccio at 917-608-6106 for tryout information.
