CHICAGO and NEW YORK, June 6, 2025 ~ Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT) has been recognized for its excellence in the derivatives trading industry. The global capital markets technology platform services provider was awarded the Best Derivatives Trading System at the 2025 Global Markets Choice Awards, presented by Markets Media Group.

The prestigious award was presented to TT at a ceremony held in New York last night. Alun Green, TT's EVP Managing Director of Futures & Options, expressed his gratitude for the recognition and highlighted the company's continued efforts to expand into new asset classes and services across the trade life cycle.

Green stated, "It remains a high honor to receive recognition for excellence in support of derivatives trading, which will always be an important focus for TT. Thanks to Markets Media for continually celebrating the best the industry has to offer."

Terry Flanagan, Managing Director of Markets Media, praised TT's longstanding market-leading position as a platform of choice for sophisticated traders of futures and options on futures. Flanagan also noted that TT continues to innovate and improve its offerings with added functionalities and advancements in algorithmic execution and multi-asset digitization.

Flanagan stated, "Trading Technologies is a logical winner for Best Derivatives Trading System."

This is not the first time that TT has been recognized by Markets Media. Just last week, Alice Pocklington, TT EVP Head of APAC, won the 2025 Women in Finance Asia Award for Best in Fintech at an event in Singapore.

The TT platform offers multi-asset solutions across the trade life cycle and handles over 2.8 billion derivatives transactions annually. It includes a comprehensive order and execution management system (O/EMS) that connects to more than 100 global exchanges and venues across various asset classes.

Markets Media has expanded its traditionally North American-based awards to include global recognition this year. The awards aim to celebrate "the best of the best in capital markets trading and technology."

In 2024, TT also won the Markets Media European Markets Choice Award for Best Listed Derivatives Exchange/Order Management System (E/OMS), further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
