NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Tutanota LLC ("Purchaser") announces an amendment to its previously-announced tender offer (the "Offer"). The Offer is amended to acquire up to 180,000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of Microsoft Corporation for $280.00 per Share (the "Offer Price"), less dividends since April 19, 2021, and will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, July 1, 2022, unless extended or earlier terminated (the "Expiration Date"). The Offer was previously announced to acquire up to 2,000,000 Shares and scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.

The Offer is subject to closing conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase, dated April 19, 2021, including the closing price of the Shares on the NYSE on the last full trading day prior to the Expiration Date exceeding the Offer Price and Purchaser obtaining financing necessary to fund Purchaser's financial obligations arising from the Offer.
