NEW YORK, June 6, 2023 ~ In May, Vega IT, one of the fastest-growing companies in the EMEA region, announced its global expansion strategy. As part of this strategy, the company opened offices in New York and partnered with Zoran Vasiljev.
In a recent interview, Saša Popović, CEO at Vega IT, explained that even though the company wasn't physically present in the US until then, it had been operating in that market for years. He added that almost 20% of Vega IT's revenue comes from US-based companies and that by establishing the New York office and hiring a team there, they aim to further capitalize on the potential of such a lucrative market.
The opening of the US office also creates an opportunity for Vega IT to expand its client base and deepen relationships with existing clients in that market. Popović stated that employing people with great technical knowledge and extensive domain expertise from countries their clients come from is an opportunity for them to be true partners to them and help them become even more successful by co-creating top-notch software solutions.

Popović further added that the expansion to the US market is only the beginning of their five-year expansion strategy. To lead this strategic expansion as Partner and President (Americas and APAC), Vega IT added Zoran Vasiljev who is a serial entrepreneur and C-level executive with over 25 years of international management and operational experience across different industries. Vasiljev expressed his enthusiasm about joining Vega IT saying he liked their idea of winning big on the world stage which matched his professional experience and personal values.
