Projects include indie romantic comedy The Romantix and ensemble sitcom Brooklyn Vans

NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Independent production studio Veritas Arts International, founded by filmmaker and actor Daniel Jordano, is launching a new film and television slate—starting with the feature film The Romantix and the sitcom Brooklyn Vans. But what truly sets Veritas apart is its bold, transparent approach to financing: a cutting-edge model using Bitcoin to create value, growth, and accountability for investors.

"We're not just making content—we're redefining how stories are funded and shared," says Jordano. "With Bitcoin, we're creating an open, flexible system that gives our investors and audience a real stake in what we're building."

Two Projects, One Bold Vision

The Romantix
is a genre-defying romantic comedy written and directed by Jordano.

"When a lonely accountant falls for an online sensation, he hatches a wild plan to make her a reality TV star—blurring the lines between love, ambition, and total disaster."

Blending sharp satire with emotional depth, The Romantix is a fresh, funny look at love in the age of influencers, set against a surreal urban backdrop.

Brooklyn Vans is a character-driven sitcom about struggling actor Danny, who joins Sonny's ragtag crew of Brooklyn van movers—juggling love, ambition, and chaos as they haul for NYC's wildest clients. A 30-minute pilot episode is already available on Amazon as a proof of concept. https://www.amazon.com/Brooklyn-Vans-Daniel-Jordano/dp/B08KJHLDZ5/

Bitcoin-Powered Transparency for a New Era

Veritas Arts is financing these projects through Bitcoin in a way that merges creative freedom with decentralized finance:
  • A portion of production funds is held in Bitcoin, giving investors potential for appreciation over time
  • Investors share in both project profits and crypto gains
  • All activity is logged via blockchain, ensuring transparency in revenue and profit sharing

"Traditional film finance is often opaque," Jordano says. "With blockchain, we can show exactly where the money goes. That changes everything."

A Vision for the Future of Independent Film

With governments and major institutions embracing Bitcoin as a legitimate store of value, Veritas Arts is building a studio model that embraces this new financial reality—one that empowers creators, honors investors, and invites audiences to participate.
