Editorial Freelancers Association Exhibits at Brooklyn Book Festival 2024

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Nyenta -- The Editorial Freelancers Association will be exhibiting once again at the Brooklyn Book Fest Festival Day and Literary Marketplace September 29 in NYC. Stop by our table to introduce yourself and learn more about the benefits of EFA membership or about hiring the right freelancer for your project through our Member Directory and Job List! The festival will take place at the Brooklyn Borough Hall and surrounding venues in downtown Brooklyn.

"Brooklyn Book Fest is a wonderful, cross-cultural literary event," says Kristen Tate, EFA Events chairperson. "We are thrilled to be part of the festival's Literary Marketplace, where we join a community of authors and publishers from multiple genres. We look forward to seeing everyone there!"

Since its inception in 2006, the Brooklyn Book Festival has grown from a single-day literary event to include eight days of Bookend events held citywide. The highlights of the festival are the flagship Festival Day, featuring 300 authors and a Literary Marketplace of 250 independent and major publishers, and the BKBF Children's Day, a celebration of reading, with featured appearances by children's book authors and illustrators.
