CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Nyenta -- A coalition of election integrity advocates, policymakers, and state leaders in West Virginia today announced their support for the Election Integrity Network's Model Election Laws Handbook, calling it a comprehensive "gold standard" resource for strengthening election administration.

The 116-page Model Election Laws Handbook provides a complete statutory framework based on the ten principles of election integrity and the US Citizens Elections Bill of Rights. It covers all aspects of the election process – from ensuring only eligible American citizens are registered to vote, to maintaining accurate voter rolls, to conducting secure, auditable, and transparent elections.

Citizens, legislators, and election officials say the handbook offers a timely, practical roadmap for advancing proven reforms tailored to West Virginia's legal and administrative structure.
