WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Nyenta -- A Duck Amuck Art Studio & Gift Shop is excited to announce that White Plains-based artist Erwin Ong will be featured in the 10th Annual Red Envelope Show, hosted by Grumpy Bert at Harman Contemporary Gallery in New York City. The exhibition, running from February 1-22, 2025, celebrates the tradition of Lunar New Year through original artwork created on the iconic red envelope, a symbol of prosperity, good luck, and cultural heritage. The year 2025 is the year of the wooden snake in the Chinese Zodiac.

The Red Envelope Show brings together artists from diverse backgrounds, each contributing unique designs to reinterpret this meaningful tradition. Ong's signature style—whimsical, bold, and full of personality—shines through in his red envelopes embellished with gold foil, blending playful creatures with the festive spirit of Lunar New Year. Known for his vibrant linework and joyful compositions, Ong's work transforms the red envelope into a small but powerful canvas for storytelling.
