NEW YORK - Nyenta -- Hyperlens Studios, the progressive film production company founded by Richard Lawson and Denee Busby, announces plans for a corporate merger with Arclight, Ant Hill Productions and Lemazing. The collaboration will bring together creative leadership and production expertise to establish a platform for a slate of vertical film and series premieres.

The founders will formally announce the planned merger during their appearance at the ALZA Film Festival in New York City, where they will also present the world premiere of the first ten episodes of OMG!!!, a superhero dramedy created for mobile viewing. Written and produced in conjunction with Ant Hill Productions, the series reflects Hyperlens Studios' focus on storytelling designed specifically for the vertical screen.

Alongside the series premiere, Lawson and Busby will lead a specialty masterclass exploring how they created OMG!!! using their 10 Laws of Vertical Filmmaking. The session will offer insight into the creative principles and production methods behind the series, connecting the on-screen work with practical lessons in creating verticals.

Lawson, who stars in Netflix's Beauty in Black, brings extensive experience as an actor and educator. Busby brings her expertise as a television and film producer, writer, and showrunner. Together, they have made masterclasses in the art of vertical film making a central part of Hyperlens Studios' mission, sharing their approach with filmmakers and creative professionals.
