~ New Rochelle, NY - The City of New Rochelle is proud to announce that it will be hosting an Affordable Housing Open House on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the Rotunda in City Hall. The event will run from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and is open to both current and prospective residents.
