ALBANY, N.Y. - Nyenta -- Sagan Cunningham of Albany, New York, is facing criminal charges in Pennsylvania in connection with an alleged conspiracy involving human trafficking and child sexual abuse material, according to court records and authorities.

Cunningham is accused of conspiring with Pittsburgh-area defendant Oleksiy Levkovskyy. Levkovskyy was recently arrested and is facing charges of human trafficking and possession of child sexual abuse material.
